CLASSES OFFERED:
YOGA FLOW: (Open Class) Open to all student levels. This is a fun and exciting class for anyone who wants to learn the basics of yoga while conditioning the body. Guaranteed to make you sweat. If you are new to yoga or have been practicing yoga already, this class will introduce you to the movement of energy within the body and help you acquire a solid foundation to build upon. LEVEL: ALL LEVELS BEGINNER TO ADVANCED SIGN-UP
POWER FLOW YOGA:(Open Class) UP it up a notch with a fusion between power yoga and prana flow, the perfect combination of movement, strength and breath control for a full body workout. Be ready to sweat and burn calories. LEVEL: ALL LEVELS SIGN-UP
CORE FUSION YOGA: (10 week registration) A focused class concentrating on the body's core by strengthening the spine, back and abdominals (Glutes are included). This is a fusion of yoga, ab work and modern conditioning exercises using yoga, pilates, plyometrics and more. The work here is on burning fat in difficult areas. Drop-ins allowed. LEVEL: ALL LEVELS SIGN-UP
COMMUNITY YOGA: (Open Class) Open to all student levels. This is an introductory class to help you prepare for a more fluid life flow and a good beginning to prepare you for more advanced flow classes. A sequence of movements interwoven to release tension, develop strength, stabiliity, equanimity and a state of mental and physical balance. Relaxation included. LEVEL: ALL LEVELS BEGINNER TO ADVANCED SIGN-UP
LEVEL I & II — FLEXIBILITY FOR DANCERS Special (10 week class) Registration required. This class addresses the special needs of dancers including the development of focus, flexibility, strength, balance, character, endurance and courage. Through perfect posture, progressive learning, body memory, breath control and visualization students will attain the focus and strength necessary for performance or everyday living. LEVEL: DANCE STUDENTS ONLY REGISTER
